The Bible tells us that we are to prove everything and hold fast what is good. What does this mean? Do we have to convince ourselves of the Truth and make it part of our being? What consequences does this have for our conduct towards others? Does one have to be appointed by God to be a teacher of the Truth? Are God’s ministers necessary so that one can even come to and understand the Truth? How do you know whether someone is a true or a false minister? Are we admonished not to argue with others about the Truth? Why can discussions about God’s Word be very dangerous?

The Love of Money
How does God look at money? Is He against riches? In this sermon, we will cite Scriptures which speak positively about the right use of money, but we will also address the wrong use… and that especially in the religious context.
The Old Testament Commandments, Statutes, and Judgments
Jesus said that all the Law and the Prophets hang on the two great commandments of loving God and neighbor. The first four of the Ten Commandments hang on the injunction to love God, and the last six of the Ten Commandments hang on the injunction to love our neighbor. In addition, certain Old Testament statutes and judgments hang on each of the Ten Commandments, in that they tell us specifically and in detail as to how we are to keep them.
The Book of 2 Thessalonians
What significance does Paul’s prophetic writing have for us today? Who is the son of perdition and the man of sin, sitting in the temple of God, claiming to be God? What is meant with “antichrist”? Are God’s people still going to face the falling away from the truth? Does the Bible teach that Christ returns twice? How does God send strong delusion?
God’s Holy Convocations
Are Christians still obligated to keep the weekly Sabbath and the annual Holy Days? Did Christ and the early apostles observe those sacred days? Are we enjoined to assemble personally with our brethren during holy convocations? If so, who should appear, and how and where are we to meet?
God Provides
In times of trials and problems, we might not see any answers or solutions, but we must always remember that God has promised to provide for us, when we do our part. Many times, God may intervene in most unexpected ways, and He may perform miracles far beyond our imagination. It is important that we have the absolute faith that God will act for us in His due time.
Dedication
How dedicated are we in our physical and spiritual lives? The Bible shows us just how important it is for us to be dedicated to God’s law and His plan for us. If we are indeed truly dedicated, we will be rewarded for it.
