Europe is still upset, however, that “totally unacceptable” plans were designed without Europe’s knowledge and involvement, and a major split between America and Europe is being considered. This comes as Germany is being re-militarized and suggestions are made that Germany should take over NATO, while defense talks between Europe and Britain are breaking down.
